Hi, my name is Jonny and I am an independent academic of philosophy.

Many academics of philosophy teach for their day job. I knew that I wanted to teach in my twenties but I did not want to teach full-time for my career. My aspiration is to teach part-time and to produce written work whose quality has been improved by my experience in working life separate from academic philosophy.

My main area of research concerns large projects, especially between professionals who cooperate and compete with other workers in close proximity. I am interested in the ways partners may do justice and avoid injustice in their working relationship. Currently, I work as a litigation paralegal specializing in construction law, which offers real-world insights into the matter.
